Excellent experience. We were not close by and sent a couple friends to check out the Suburban. Murray Motors was very flexible and we took care of most of the deal through text. We drove up late on a Friday just before closing, paperwork signed and we were on our way in 15 min. I waited to send in a review until my local mechanic looked her over and he gives a thumbs up. We look forward to many memories in our new to us Suburban.
The truck pretty much sold itself, model, mileage, price, was what I was looking for. Wish it had been checked over better, partially me, partially Murray as the air conditioning doesn't work. A) would have waited to be fixed B) negotiated price with it not working as it was advertised with A/C . Only texted about extended warranty prices,never really saw options or coverage, found out from web site 1st oil change and lifetime state inspection included. I purchased my 2017 car in February of 2024, and I've been taking my vehicle there ever since. I live in Danville, so the drive to Milton for me is about 25 minutes. I've had some issues with the car but they never had a problem taking care of it right away, and at this point my car rides like it's brand new. Everyone there is super nice, especially Sue who is always there to check you in!
Everyone at Murray motors was great ! Mike was low pressure salesman with great service and Kyle got our paperwork and financing done with no problems. I recommend these folks to anyone looking for a nice vehicle.
Mike was great. We came to look at a jeep and ended up buying it. We did not feel pressured to buy and everyone at the dealership was very easy going. We had an issue with a tire once we brought the vehicle home and they got it right in and fixed the problem without hesitation at no cost since we just bought the vehicle. I would do business here again when we are in the market for another vehicle.
