What a great dealership! I saw the car in an online search and it was exactly what I wanted and the price was almost too good to be true. I expected hidden fees and overcharges but nope, these folks are honest, friendly and professional. Got me financed at a good rate and had everything ready when I arrived. It was well worth the 2+ hour drive! Thanks for getting me behind the wheel of a Pony again!
Just Bought a CPO F150 from Murray Motors, I live 4 hours away and they delivered it. I worked with Kyle who worked tirelessly to answer all my questions and get me the kind of deal I was looking for. Will definitely shop with them again in the future.
Horrible dealership. They don't even deserve one star. They sold us a used car with a bad transmission that died 5 months later, then wouldn't return our calls. When we finally connected to see if they could work a deal for us, they barely gave scrap price for it as a trade. Needless to say, we did not take their "deal" and are stuck with a vehicle we can't use. We're still making payments though. Wow, just wow! Do better, Murray Motors!
Bought a truck from Murray Ford in Milton yesterday and the experience was great! This is an older/smaller Ford location and some of their processes are a little old school but that was a welcomed relief from my perspective! Everyone was friendly and easy-going. No pressure and no fake BS. Just nice folks selling nice vehicles at nice prices. Easy :) Strong recommend!
I had a great service experience at this location! My vehicle needed an oil change, but I got so much more! The people were friendly and knowledgeable and the service was quick and thorough. When I called to schedule an oil change, they also asked if I wanted a tire rotation which I would have never considered without their prompting, but they never made me feel like I HAD to do anything.
