What a great dealership. Justyn was informative and yet not pushy. He was willing to answer our questions and got answers to the ones he didn't know. Financing was easy and not complicated. Our new to us vehicle was clean and in great shape. We are near Harrisburg It was so worth the drive to Milton! We will definitely check them out again when time for another vehicle.
Excellent experience. We were not close by and sent a couple friends to check out the Suburban. Murray Motors was very flexible and we took care of most of the deal through text. We drove up late on a Friday just before closing, paperwork signed and we were on our way in 15 min. I waited to send in a review until my local mechanic looked her over and he gives a thumbs up. We look forward to many memories in our new to us Suburban.
The truck pretty much sold itself, model, mileage, price, was what I was looking for. Wish it had been checked over better, partially me, partially Murray as the air conditioning doesn't work. A) would have waited to be fixed B) negotiated price with it not working as it was advertised with A/C . Only texted about extended warranty prices,never really saw options or coverage, found out from web site 1st oil change and lifetime state inspection included. What a great dealership! I saw the car in an online search and it was exactly what I wanted and the price was almost too good to be true. I expected hidden fees and overcharges but nope, these folks are honest, friendly and professional. Got me financed at a good rate and had everything ready when I arrived. It was well worth the 2+ hour drive! Thanks for getting me behind the wheel of a Pony again!
We had a great experience at Murray Motors. No pressure to buy, Mike was great to work with and they even stayed a little late so we could take our Jeep that day! Thanks to all 😊 We did have an issue with the Jeep after 2 weeks. It took awhile to get it back but Sue did her best and Murray Motors treated us well.
