I have been at this GP practice for 15 years, 3 babies later, multiple diagnoses, and all our health care needs have been met. Their communication is incredible, with many quality Doctors to choose from. We have built relationships with multiple GP’s at this practice and have no problem getting an appointment when we need. I feel valued, heard and in expert hands as a patient here. Highly recommend.
While at times can get very busy here, the staff and doctors and nurses I have seen here have been wonderful. They take the time with patients instead of rushing us in and out. Happy to be a patient here 😊
I’m really disappointed with the way this clinic handles appointments. I originally booked to see my doctor over a month ago, and the clinic cancelled on the day because the doctor was unwell—which is completely understandable. However, the next available appointment was another month away. Now, just days before that long-awaited appointment, I’ve been told it’s postponed again, with no explanation as to why.
