Dynamech is overcharging customers. I had them checked my rooftop unit. They just investigate it for 15 minutes and shut off the gas supply. The whole process is 30minutes only. But they turned out claiming the working hours is 2hours and charged me $150more than it is supposed to be. Absolutely bad company
We had been having problems with our old furnace and have had a few company’s out to have a look. Finally, we called Dynamech and their technician figured it out on the first try & saved us some cash! Thank you guys!!
FYI. Ask about the shop minimum when booking an appointment. 20 minute appointment to look at our thermostat and they charged us 1.5 hours at $150 an hour plus a $50 dispatch fee. Edit in response: All service related contractors have a minimum charge is a bold statement. After my appointment you serviced the gym HVAC in the same condo building. Charging a dispatch fee and and minimum charge in my opinion is not being "honest and fair" for a 20 minute appointment and already having a job on the same day in the same building.
