We were told that the car had a lifetime drivetrain warranty. They wouldn’t honor it. Waited 2-1/2 months for estimate for repair. Went elsewhere when the car became too risky to drive. They are focused on a sale, and don’t care afterward. One less customer.
Service at Murray Mazda found a large screw in my tire on a routine oil change. They sent me a video of it, which was great. They have always been very courteous and prompt. Finding the screw could have saved me from something catastrophic. I will continue to go no other place than Murray Mazda
