One step up from SlumLords.. the only way to live in Fremont is to rent from Murray Management.. they buy up all the properties in town and then charge triple the rent prices.. we live in a 100 yr old home that hasnt been upgraded since 1975 and it has mold all over the bathroom that they dont do anything about. The ceilings have water stains from the roof leaking.. to which the water has dripped down the wall in the kitchen leaving a stain. They refused to clean up parts of a broken concrete fence until we took it out ourse... read more
I have had nothing but positive experiences with murray. Sure rent may seem a bit high to me but rent is too high everywhere. Any issues I have they get taken care of in a very reasonable time and work with you if you have concerns
