I closed on a refi on Wednesday. The bank approved the funds to be released on Thursday. Thursday comes, and Peter sits on my wire tranfer. I call today which is Friday to find out the wire transfer was still not sent. Now, I am told it will be sent out today and the funds will be in my account in an hour. Guess what? No funds! Now, we will go into a Holiday weekend and I will have to wait until Tuesday to "maybe" get my money. Someone in this office came into the building I was in waiting for my appointment with an eye doctor. Apparently people in this law firm are exempt from following state mandates and health and safety codes. They don't wear masks in their office or while walking through the common areas of the building. Does anyone know a lawyer who's good at suing lawyers?
