I have used Murray for many years. Last summer they installed a new furnace and air conditioning system for me and my utility bills have been a lot less! The technicians are so friendly and knowledgeable and they really know what they're doing! I have recommended them to many of my friends over the years.
Avoid this place at all costs. We have a Murray installed Carrier furnace (8 yrs old). We have had them out for service calls 3-4 times. We were always suspicious that our run of the mill unit that they sold us usually required "special parts" and multiple visits to repair, but paid anyway. Our blower motor went out Sat night, so we foolishly called them again.
