Management is remarkably rude and unprofessional. I’m sure you will see a follow up to this review saying how I was denied a lease due to financial background reasons, yet asking for help during the application process was constantly met with pettiness and rudeness. Now we have hired a lawyer review our situation. Don’t live here until you make $1,000,000+ and enjoy living with insects.
Never understood why this place gets such a bad reputation on review platforms. Lived there for 3 years and absolutely loved it. The staff make you, family and friends feel like you're at home right away. They're very attentive and honest to everyone's needs. Plus biggest recommendation is to take advantage of their dry cleaning deal with On Time Cleaners! As long as you drop it off at the store, they'll deliver it to the building. Makes life so much easier if you need consistent dry cleaning.
