Please don't go here – Stay away from this place. Dr. Lee BARELY looked at my face, and prescribed me 5 pages of crap! Whenever I opened my mouth to ask a question, she went "let me finish, I'm still talking ok?" So rude and unprofessional - if you ever call them up, there's always availibility for Dr. Lee - I wonder why... I wouldn't go back even if they paid me.
Ghastly – I went first for a minor outpatient procedure, the wait was horrible but the doctor seemed to be ok. I went back for a followup and WHOA! Rude, dismissive, and 45 minute wait! Treated me like an idiot when I asked a simple question - actually snapped at me because I didn't know the exact name for the procedure I had - sorry doctor! They didn't seem to want to talk to me about anything - just get me out the door. When I asked about removing a small mole they just said it won't be covered by insurance...then I said I... read more
How? What? Wh..? – It was almost like sitting through a bad film and for the length of time I waited, I could have seen one. Rude, unprofessional and I probably would have been there for another 90 minutes if I hadn't started pacing the floor and finally asking, WHAT IS GOING ON?! Basically, it's a clinic not a private practice. These doctors have lost it and it shows in the people they put on the front lines.
