Nice folks. A visit to this office is a required monthly visit if you take pain meds. The damned government is in charge of my health! Not me! Not my doctor! The damned government!
Fast in an out the door experience in most situations. The main receptionist does an awesome job keeping up with everything even when you leave messages. Most honest doctor office I had ever seen! What I mean is, when I pay my copay and my insurance was only charged a certain price and I have a credit to my account. This office & Roanoke office will not make me pay again till the credit was used up or pay the difference on it. Most doctor offices I seen pockets that and never reimburse you or such.
