I took our van for a tire issue. I received the most excellent service from John T. He was friendly, professional, an effective communicator, and super helpful. He went above and beyond. The issue was fully resolved; they even washed the exterior of the van and tidied up the interior mats. I would highly recommend this dealership. Thank you, John and Raceway Kia !

Incredibly rude over the phone. Nice salesperson but the woman who you have answering the phones needs the be assigned to another position that is anything but customer service. I came to buy a car not catch an attitude.
