Good fast people and service thanks for everything
Recently moved to Starke and they were local. Had my Jeep serviced and tires rotated. Waited on my car, took about 1.5 hrs. Very nice service rep!
I had to bring my Jeep back 5 different times and you would think that they would figure out that it wasn't the same parts that they had changed before, and that they should be able to figure out what was wrong with it and I got charged every single time and they made me take it somewhere else to get fixed after the 4 time in there I took it to Firestone and they replaced the same parts as Murray's did but in less than a week later it was down again so I brought it back to Firestone and they figured out that it was the fuse ... read more
I came in without an appointment due to my batteries being dead. I was in starke and all of a sudden they quit and a friend rescued me with a jump and I drove straight to your dealership and was waited on immediately and was greeted by a lady in the service department who fixed everything, answered all my questions and fixed an annoying siri speed alert voice in my car which I hated and no I’ve else could fix it but she did!
