After being a client myself for a few months, I was so impressed that now my son goes here as well -- and his provider is absolutely *perfect* for him as mine is for me! Everyone I've worked with (front staff, intake/testing, therapists) have been both professionally on their game AND warm/welcoming. With ever other heathcare provider I've ever had, it's always been "this part's good, so I put up with this bad part ...", but so far I haven't found anything that isn't wonderful.
