I had a routine issue with a clogged sewer main at a rental property and initially contacted another plumber to snake the line. They claimed the pipe was collapsed and quoted me $1,500 to break up the basement floor, replace the pipes, and do the cement work. A drain technician, Collin, came today to clear out our basement drain, and it's now draining perfectly. Previously, Jamie provided great advice regarding a leaking bathroom sink faucet. I wouldn't have thought to reach out to the faucet's customer service for warranty help. We're just waiting for the parts to arrive, and then someone will complete the installation.
