As always professional and interested staff. Dr Taslima listens to you and shows she cares. Quite simply I’m glad I started going to this surgery when it opened and have always been supported with my health care. Five stars
Dr Velerio is a truely professional medic. He spends the time to understand his patients needs, and responds accordingly. We are very fortunate to have him as one of our local medical practitioners. Personally, I wouldn’t have any other doctor, I have absolute confidence in him.
Went in to get a flu vaccination for my daughter (9) she hates needles and the nurse was very rude! Not compassionate at all, Didn’t help with the situation and told me not to force her to have it! Walked out without her having it and now she has to go through the anxiety of doing it all over again at another clinic. Receptionists are lovely though.
Love this clinic. Only thing stopping a 5 start are the wait times occasionally. Friendly and helpful staff. Great doctors.
Reception people are affishant and friendly. Doctor's although run behind abit they're good doctors 👍🏻 blood test ladies are lovely. Always walk out of Day Night Surgery with a smile😊
