So easy and the nicest people behind the desk that made me feel like I was sitting around a Christmas dinner with family rather than in the doctor's office. Honestly I wish I could of grabbed coffee and cake to have a good sit down and chat with the staff, they were so nice and helpful.The doctor was amazing too, but most are, and I was so happy with the whole process I am going to make one of these doctors my regular G.P. and I took the transfer patients file form home. Recommended medical practice. Friendly reception and no lengthy delay for an appointment. Minimal waiting time either Dr efficient and friendly. My Health recording too. Very happy with the service
My family and I see Dr supun and he's the most caring, understanding Dr we have seen. He is always kind and willing to help. My autistic son finds it hard to connect to people but with Dr Supun My son adores him. Thank you Dr Supun for being there for me and my family.
I feel dr ramsay is a good addition as he looks into things. His helped my son with antibiotics. Most of staff are polite and helpful and dr sekhon has been good with mental health but a few male drs have treated my autistic son badly and were rude and Kathy went from nice to blunt. Offended my son's supp worker. Dr anu is awesome. A few of the male drs don't understand autism. This is awful. The receptionist staff and Annie try to help but not Kathy.
Nurse Anna/Annie (I have a crap memory) removed my stiches today, and she was super professional, friendly and kind. She had the best vibe and I hope you can pass along to her that she is amazing from me!
