As always professional and interested staff. Dr Taslima listens to you and shows she cares. Quite simply I’m glad I started going to this surgery when it opened and have always been supported with my health care. Five stars
I have never had any issues with any of my appointments , the staff are always very helpful and friendly and Doctor J. Valerio has been fantastic as my new Doctor and in our interactions have always made me feel easy each time I see him which is once or twice a month.
Twice in the past few weeks booked GP appointment has been cancelled by the Clinic and rebooked. Yesterday when told GP appointment needed to be cancelled I accepted an appointment with an alternative GP explaining that all I wanted was a Care Plan. At the appointment with the Dr Ellen today she notified me I will need to book with the Nurse for the Care Plan first then see her afterwards. Dr Velerio is a truely professional medic. He spends the time to understand his patients needs, and responds accordingly. We are very fortunate to have him as one of our local medical practitioners. Personally, I wouldn’t have any other doctor, I have absolute confidence in him.
The receptionists were very kind, attentive, and polite. My GP was simply wonderful. I am very satisfied.
