Both of our central A/C units failed in a short time. We called Murray A/C and they sent out a technician right away. He had state of art diagnostic tools and quickly identified that both units had a failed valve (likely cheap overseas part). They ordered the part and hopefully both units will be up and running by end of week. Murray is not the original installer of our central A/C (current system about 3 yrs old). I have a 12 year old system and he got me back up and running without trying to sell me a new unit. Very respectful and was able tink come out same day.
I have to say after using multiple companies in the past, I have found the company that will be doing my maintenance of my HVAC. They are honest, presentable, and care about what they are doing.
