Our family had a wonderful stay at Murphy’s Resort! One of the highlights was a family of elk that hung out right in the middle of the resort most days—such a cool experience. The room was a bit dated, but it was totally fine since we really only used it for sleeping. The area felt very safe, and the lake was just a short walk away, which was a nice bonus. Very nice
Window unit did not maintain comfortable temperature. We left the window unit and fan on all day to ensure steady temperature when we came back for the evening. We left with the room at 68 degrees and came back to the room at 75 degrees. My husband noticed that the air filter was dirty so he cleaned it, which is not our fault or job to ensure a clean filter.
