He did an excellent job replacing my gas water heater and a leaky connection in a sink. Responded promptly to my phone called. Explained what he needed to do. Gave an accurate estimate before he started work and kept to it. Kept the area he was working in as dry as possible. Very courteous. When he had to leave to get an unexpected part he let me know he would be back as soon as possible. Checked with me the next day to see if everything was working as it should. Very polite too.

We are new to PCB and needed a plumber to replace a leaking Water Pressure Regulating Valve and a shut off valve handle in our condo.
