While on vacation at my parent’s condo, Phil accommodated a quick fix that was needed in the shower. While here, they mentioned something else about the other shower and he took time to make sure that was fixed too. He has become a regular for my parents and someone they have come to trust. Murphy Plumbing—and specifically Phil, the owner—is hands down the most dependable, honest, and skilled plumber I’ve ever worked with. I had a nightmare situation where a previous contractor/plumber completely botched my master shower renovation. Their work was shoddy, prone to leaking, and not up to code. He did an excellent job replacing my gas water heater and a leaky connection in a sink. Responded promptly to my phone called. Explained what he needed to do. Gave an accurate estimate before he started work and kept to it. Kept the area he was working in as dry as possible. Very courteous. When he had to leave to get an unexpected part he let me know he would be back as soon as possible. Checked with me the next day to see if everything was working as it should. Very polite too.
