Murphy’s used to service us. They were unable to get rid of a roach problem we had when we moved in so we went another way. We never had a problem with the other pests as they did a good job. The roach problem was solved, but when we tried to contact Murphy’s again to bring them back in as our pest service, we were met with Tim being rude on the other end of the phone. We called at 9pm after putting our kids to bed to leave a message to have them call us back in the morning (to show the urgency after they didn’t call back after us leaving a message at 9am) to hopefully schedule something. The owner RUDELY answered the business phone and while I tried to say hello and explain my call, he cut me off and told me “Do not ever call at 9pm and we will no longer service your home”. Do not do business with this company. Clearly they do not care about their business if this is how they conduct it.
He was here when he said he would be, treated my house and outside. I have not had issues since. Super nice and very polite. I highly recommend.
