Richard was very thorough with our 4 Point Inspection and Wind Mitigation Inspection. Very pleased. If you need an inspection, go with Richard.

Quick turnaround for the inspection report. Got 4-point inspection and wind mitigation.
Hired to conduct a wind mitigation report and report on a possible roof leak. Although he provided the wind mitigation report and agreed to check the leak he completely missed the roof leak and an AC gas vent that was improperly secured in the attic contributing to the roof leak.
