This is my experience with them I call them and wait like 2 weeks for them to call me back then call them again wait another week they show up change the ignitor and filter charge me $294 it last 3 days I call them back they said I have to pay the $200 for the technician again that if it need it to replace the same thing then I don’t have to pay for those parts but if is something else I have to pay I think they the one should pay the technician because it only last 3 days I ask them to do me a favor and fix it because it’s ... read more
We have used Murphy’s for two separate home renovation projects: Ben is always professional and very methodical in installing plumbing from the bottom up. Also, the office staff work hard to get projects scheduled as soon as possible even though they are very busy. I highly recommend
You know, I try to shop local and help our local businesses out. My experience with this sale team was abhorrent. Not only was there terrible... or to better put it: zero communication; the place can't even provide a quote to install a unit in a simple home. I guess their reputation proceeds them and I should've just skipped calling after reading their terrible reviews.

Do Not Hire These Criminals. When you gaslight customers as this kind of company it still isnt funny it's wrong. After a year and a half the problem still remains. Very unprofessional to have a receptionist and HVAC technician argue that a furnace does have a timer for the blower this has made me educate to some degree. Very unprofessional and likely very illegal. I will be using a more honest company. About $3k to still have a problem is robbery.
