Had a bad roof leak after the 5 inches of rain we got. Shawn answered my call for help immediately, came out that same day, diagnosed my problem and fixed the problem that SAME DAY! Great personality, easy to talk to and deal with. Shawn has a "real life approach" to his customer's and I appreciate that. Price was right and offered to credit back my payment if any further business was conducted.
