Expensive prices and rude staff I went to Murphys because it was recommended by a coworker. I wanted a picture enlarged to have framed for my husband's birthday. The staff was rude and impatient and my picture wasn't ready when promised. When I went to pick it up it wasn't cropped as I had requested and I did not pay for the print. I was left without a gift for my hubby and had to search the malls for something and get the picture done elsewhere for Christmas. PROS: None CONS: rude, bad service
Call Not Returned. I had them develope some old negatives. When I got the pics and CD-Rom home, I seemed to be missing one really cool frame. I called the store and left a message, asking them to check around and see if it had been overlooked. No one ever returned my call.
