We got our Murphy bed installed from this company. It’s still under warranty. We had the bar that got disconnected from one side so we booked an appointment to get it fixed. I specifically told their shop that I would be coming into town specifically for this issue to be fixed from the mainland so only give me a date that would 100% work. No customer service at all. Put the request to fix the wall light on my Murphy bed, which I bought from them. It was on March 2024. Came to remind them in June. The owner told me that for sure they take care of it. Today is January 2nd, 2025. no news, no light.
Would highly recommend these folks. They are good communicators and very helpful when you need to touch base about any questions or issues. We bought the bed from them 2.5 years ago and their estimated install timeline was accurate (helping set realistic expectations), the install was professional, the instructions for use were straightforward and thorough. Even 2 years later when we had to move we ran into trouble with not having the right parts for the reinstall and they were more than accommodating to try to help us out. ... read more
We have a very small den that we were trying to fit a queen sized murphy bed into and this company has been so helpful. They came by, measured everything, and made recommendations. They were able to deliver sooner than expected, the bed looks great, and the install was done really well. We are super impressed with the service and value of our custom wall bed!
