I couldn't get my discount to work
the lady that's working 6/15/25 at noon, really needs a new line of work that does not involve talking to people, she is not only rude but also has zero social skills and is not to bright, my family and friends will be using a different gas station if we need to go and she is there, i see a lot of people are also having issues with her!
It’s 4:08pm so I don’t get the wrong person but the lady behind the register was extremely rude after she swiped the scrapings of the lottery ticket onto me did this snarky laugh after I requested the cash in front of another customer belittling me I had to ask the lady that went in front of me if she was treated the same and she was in the middle of trying to find a number so she could do what I am doing now. The absolute worse service I’ve had in a good while. I will not be going there if she is behind the desk
4/01/2025. Don't know the lady's name who was on duty today at 4:45pm but she is so rude, not just to me, but everyone! And not just one or two times, she's rude EVERY TIME!! My encounters with her are to long to explain but after today I will no longer go in there if she is working. I refuse to be treated the way she treats people, and I've seen her do it to MANY other people while I'm in line. Her customer service is severely lacking!!
