I was involved in a car accident in September 2024 and retained this firm shortly after. At first they made things seem easy, and it felt like I was in good hands. It's now nearly 2026, I’ve had to reach out several times for updates, and I've received almost no meaningful updates on my case. Last time was in September. I cannot recommend them enough. From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful, professional, and supportive during a very difficult time. Lisa, in particular, was exceptional. She graciously answered all of my calls and questions, no matter how often I reached out, making the process feel much less overwhelming. While I sincerely hope I never have to go through anything like this again, if I do, they would be the first ones I turn to.
