Jackson Ohio branch unfriendly people.service advisor couldn’t answer my questions on a John Deere backhoe.I asked to speak to a technician that didn’t happen . If this the follow up service you receive from Murphy tractor will buy from Kubota dealer next door. No more John Deere for me
Great place to get replacement parts and big equipment such as tractors track loaders etc. I needed a back up camera bracket for a 331G loader couldn't find it no where but this place had it and it wasn't expensive
Ordered a part that's was expensive, obviously, and received it on the day I was told. Help was friendly and part worked good. No complaints! Will go back!
