Thief! Shame on you Steven.
This guy took advantage of COVID and overcharged patients thousands of dollars, and should lose his medical license. Google “Steven Murphy New York Times.” Do not pay this quack.
I wasted time giving all my information, drivers license insurance and had an "Appointment" for a covid test. When I got there even though I had the date and time confirmed they said to go home and I had to call them. Of course, I never heard back and they had all my information. Such a scam.
Great staff - communication and contact is beyond a joke. You can get no reply on phone, by text or email. Been trying for more than three weeks to get test results and got one call back to set up a phone appointment. Waited for an hour and no one called. The medical staff are brilliant. But sadly heard from several ex-patients who went elsewhere because the communication is non-existent. And that was well before the Covid crisis. Good luck in ever talking to a human being!!!
If you are a patient looking for care under the Chronic Covid Clinic PLEASE beware. Just google this man's name and you will find a New York Times article on what a scam artist he is. He CERTAINLY is not in the Chronic Covid Clinic for the right reason and I caution anyone suffering an already difficult illness to find a physician who is in it for the right reasons.
