Don't expect Murphy Steel to fix your building! Had a driver back into the loading dock on my building built by Murphy Steel in 1987. It took me almost a month to get someone over to inspect the damage. It took another month of weekly calls to finally get a "formal quote" for the insurance company - it was a hand written sheet (basically "Hardware - $X, Labor $x, Total: $X").
