Was supposed to see Dr. Monica today, but was informed last evening that my appointment had to be changed to September 15th. I explained that I was having problems and couldn't wait that long. The scheduler said she couldn't do anything about that. Then I saw on my chart that my scheduled appointment was changed due to patient schedule conflict. That's a lie. I was ready to keep my appointment today. Am I supposed to put my problems on hold until it is convenient for the office? Very unprofessional.
The scheduler is very rude and unprofessional. Please do not try to change or get an appointment with your doctor. I was told my doctor do not have an appointed for June 2022 and it is November 2021. Then I explained to her why I need an appointment in the same week and she said to me. Why don't you go somewhere else and get your labs done, we really need to be careful how we treat each other whether in a doctor office or in a public setting.
