Deceiving info over the phone . We needed a $5 ball valve o-ring ( Amazon price ) for the toilet. I called and she said they had it in stock and would be at the counter waiting. Very friendly over the phone. When I arrived the service man had the item and proceeded to tell me the charge was $52. And then laughed and said "don't shoot the messenger" He couldn't keep a straight face. Went to get my air conditioner looked at on my pop up. They said needed a new one . Air was only used three times. Charged me 225.00 dollars just too look at. Place is a rip off.
Had a leak in my Thor Van which I thought was under seat by water source. However Murphy indicated a fitting by the toilet had fallen off and toilet needed to be removed to put new fitting around fresh water feed. Total charge $311. They put pressure test on it. My only issue is they did not bother to call my Good Sam extended coverage plan, because “ we don’t have the time to do that. So 1 hr of diagnostics and 1/2 hr of work. All I needed was two new tires on an RV. It took 1.5 hours and they charger us $650 because we were on the road and desperate.
