Forest was great to work with!
Took our 5th wheel in for a yearly maintenance check. They had the service done by the end of the day. The other local RV service center would always take much longer. These guys are my new go to for RV service needs.
Deceiving info over the phone . We needed a $5 ball valve o-ring ( Amazon price ) for the toilet. I called and she said they had it in stock and would be at the counter waiting. Very friendly over the phone. When I arrived the service man had the item and proceeded to tell me the charge was $52. And then laughed and said "don't shoot the messenger" He couldn't keep a straight face. Murphy’s RV made me feel secure and confident in buying a rv. It is hard and scary buying a RV especially when you live 2400 miles away. Bristol and all of the employees at Murphy's were awesome to work with. Thank you so much for your help and support!
Went to get my air conditioner looked at on my pop up. They said needed a new one . Air was only used three times. Charged me 225.00 dollars just too look at. Place is a rip off.
