On site manager ruins this place The on site manager for this self storage unit is a complete b*tch. She pulls fees that you "owe" out of the blue. When you go over her head to her boss and let him know what is going on he tells her that she can't do that and reverses them, Well that lead her to locking our storage unit and telling us that we had done something against the contract and wouldn't be able to get back in until she got back from lunch 2 HOURS later.
