My family has really enjoyed the time with Murphy. For privacy reasons I won't go into much but I would recommend Rebecca to any of my friends or family.

I cannot comment on the quality of therapy services at Murphy, but I can comment on their business practices. When I first enquired with them, I gave them a bulleted list of therapist qualifications that I was looking for before I'd sign on the dotted line. I was told their therapist had the experience to cover the list. After the initial consultation, the therapist (well, turns out she was 'pre-licensed' a fact that wasn't disclosed in any of a dozen emails during the month beforehand) decided that she was not qualified for... read more

For a psychology office, I'm disappointed in the level or urgency they put to responding to patients. When someone reaches out for help you would expect some sense of urgency. Instead, no one answers the phone and you are asked to use a online scheduling tool. After doing this, the appt they scheduled was cancelled with no explanation just a generic response routing me right back to the online scheduler.
