I could give Murphy Properties zero stars, I would. My elderly friend rented from Murphy Properties for many years while also serving as the caregiver for a disabled woman living in the home. Rather than providing safe, habitable housing, the property owner repeatedly refused to make necessary repairs by ignoring phone calls altogether, and then if the request was elevated they responded with intimidation and threats of legal action. Doesn't matter what time of day you call this man or go by the office he is never available
Kept my brand new air conditioner and deposit. Never answered my calls also wasted money on an electric deposit...
I called several times trying to get a price on some property I was interested in and they said they would have the owner call me back which he never did. They were not helpful at all. It was as if some reason they didn't want to try to sell that land. But they had a sign In front of it.
