I called several times trying to get a price on some property I was interested in and they said they would have the owner call me back which he never did. They were not helpful at all. It was as if some reason they didn't want to try to sell that land. But they had a sign In front of it.
Regarding a rent house in Leonard. It was rented to a family member. She is 71 years old and disabled. MP talked her into paying $650 without ever looking at the house. When she went to see the house it was a pitiful dump. Main thing is the unlevelness will make her fall. She never occupied the property. It was misrepresented, and she returned the keys 3 business days later. No contract was signed, but the owner is threatening to take her to court for stopping payment on her check.
