The installation was prompt and good. However, the service plumber stepped through the ceiling, Murphy Plumbing Services sent a repair man to fix the ceiling, who did an excellent job of fixing the hole.
Dave came and quoted us on a new hot water heater and installation. He was punctual and very easy to talk to. He gave honest opinions on what could be done and honest opinions on what was unnecessary to do. He left us with what I felt was a very honest quote.
