Horrible place to do your rhinoplasty! I warn everyone do not come here. I got a rhinoplasty and ended up with a deviated septum which I did not have in the beginning! I complained and they wanted to charge me to fix the mess they created. Dr Murphy left and they did not want to fix it free of charge because there is new owners. Do not come here!
When Dr. Murply was working, everything was fine. After he left, everything got really bad: the service, the Appointment Manager, the communications. I did Appointment Botx, then came for my appointment, and they demanded my paperwork. I don't understand why they demand my paperwork when they didn't send anything on my phone to top up. Why did I come and why did I waste my time on nothing? I could have gone to other places to get my Appointment Botx.
