Dr. Murphy and his team genuinely care about each individual patient. They ensure you are educated and understand the process and procedure prior to scheduling a surgery. In addition, they explained what the cost would be upfront in a very compassionate manner. I was surprised they were able to prepare me for my insurance not paying. They were very wonderful when we needed to reschedule to accommodate the patient and school schedules. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Got my wisdom teeth out. I remember much about the experience, but in the days following I only had to use some of the pain medication he gave me before going to bed, otherwise I was fine. I expected it to hurt much more in the days following the surgery, but nope!
Dr. Murphy performed a great evaluation on me and scheduled my surgery three months out. He then rescheduled it twice. Then canceled. I asked if he could refer me to someone else and he refused to. So now I am completely out the money he took from me- feel like I was stolen from. And they never answer their phone so I can't even talk to someone about getting my money back or getting referred to someone else. What a waste of money and time. Wouldn't recommend at all.
Dr Murphy and his staff were wonderful. I was made to feel comfortable and treated with the most care and concern during my extraction. Dr. murphy took the time to talk with me not only about my procedure but great conversation in general. The assistant Jen was just as kind and helpful. Great post op information and a call from the Dr later that evening to make sue I was feeling ok. One of the best dental visits I have had. Thank you Dr. Murphy and team!
Dr. Murphy and his staff made me feel at ease with my wisdom teeth removal process while also ensuring my education in it. They were so nice and caring from beginning to end.
