Went to the West Haven conference center for testing NEVER received my results.Called and the person on the other end said no news is good news,also my insurance company received a statement from Murphy for $1500.00 not a misprint…They should be investergate by the. state.
Had an appointment and arrived at testing site. No one was there. Went to their main building location about 5 minutes down the road to ask for assistance. No help was given, only attitude. Called the number three times and only an automated message answered and said “no one is available to help”. Returned to the initial “testing location” and asked a random stranger if they were here for testing as well and he confirmed that there has not been testing at this location in weeks. Waste of time.
