I would not recommend doing business with Murphy King. Deborah is rude and Mark was spineless and unwilling to comment on a situation in which his business partner was out of line with her behavior. Called to dispute a $99 charge in which they did inform us about until we got our deposit back. Deborah used profanity, called my employee silly and hung up on me. I would not advise doing business with them.
Horrible experience and horrible people. Murphy King Real Estate needs several courses in customer service and support!
Sell or Rent, its all bad! – I am forever finished with Murphy King. They are a horrible agency. They paint a nice picture to start, then it all goes away.
