Very difficult to work with and not accommodating. We had an experience where my son with special needs, state issued medical insurance was cancelled, and we had to reapply (it was our first experience with renewal and we had moved and notification went to old address and we were unaware. Now that we are aware this is not something that will EVER happen again). I didn't know how long it would take to get insurance back in place, and we needed ear molds made for his hearing aids.
