I have no enamel and I had to get all caps and veniers on my teeth. I can say I have had them for 19 years and I haven't had a toothache since but the one problem I'm having now is my gums are going away from my teeth, it's prolly cause I couldn't afford to keep up on 2 cleanings a year.
