I have shopped here since I moved to NS 5 years ago, has a great women's work selection and friendly staff. However, my experience today was very unpleasant. I bought a pair of work boots that stayed in the box about a month ago. Last week, I stopped in to ask if I could return them, even though it's been past the 30 days. Came in looking for a new pair of boots as the ones I have are a bit warm and heavy for the summer, Cailyn greeted me and asked if there was anything she could help me with. I explained to her what I was looking for and right away she had some recommendations and the second pair I tried on were perfect. Bonus points because she knew the exact amount of insulation in the boots she was recommending. It was a good experience to say the least, I will be back. Thanks Cailyn.
