Great service and knowledgeable electrician!
I had a bathroom fan that was not working, and it. Appeared that it was not getting power. The electrician sent quickly determined that a gfi had activated causing the problem. He reinstalled the fan, and all good. The billing was adjusted and I was very pleased with the service. A very prompt reply to my request for service, a very knowledgeable electrician who explained the code limited work that could Be done as I have a very old structure. (2023) The first appointment was amazing in terms of speed, quality, communication, and care (terminating and removing old range wires from the 2nd floor kitchen). He also repaired an outlet for free, but the outlet died within hours of him leaving somehow. That didn't really bother me because the outlet and the circuit it was on was getting replaced a week later anyways. The following 2 appointments we hired him for were just horrendous, though. Great service! The tech was early and worked quickly. Easily identified and fixed the problem with our outlets. This is the second time Murphy electric has done work from us and we will be calling them should we need their service in the future.
