BEWARE: ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS....ZERO VALUE. Looks like I'm the 40th review for Murphy Cormier and the 7th 1-star review. The nearly 20% 1-star percentage is fitting in my experience. As another 1-star reviewer put it: "Hoot" seems to mean: "We don't give a hoot"...especially about customer service.
