Murphy Company has great customer service and does a great job of taking care of our heating and air needs. Kirk is also excellent at explaining everything in detail.
Heat stopped working on a very cold morning, called Murphy and they came out the same day within a couple hours. Technician, Kirk was great! Friendly and informative, turned out to be an easy fix and was only charged the service run fee. Didn't try to upcharge and sell me stuff I don't need. Highly recommend Murphy!

The Murphy Company continues to exceed my expectation for service. Each time I learn a little bit more about my system. Today I learned about the 2 temperature numbers that were on my service ticket. I had never notice them before. Each number represents the temperature of the air currently blowing through my system. Great work!
