5 stars is not enough!!!! Long story short. We purchased our Murphy Bed in 2018 (and our guests still love it) and one of the drawers was damaged in a recent move. In a time where customer care is a lost art, Bert and the team have done the seemingly impossible: They obtained a perfectly matching replacement drawer and even took extra care to help us safely load the drawer into our truck AND dispose of the packing material. Thank you so much for everything.

Just came here and the lady right away took my husband and me to the less expensive and kept telling us the price and when I asked about the warranty she said one year and I asked about extended and she said if we lived in California then I realized she was profiling us. I left at that moment.

My wife and I had a great experience shopping for a Murphy bed at this store. Kevin was extremely helpful and explained the different options and made the process very smooth. Scheduling the delivery was also very easy. The only negative is that the delivery fee is a bit steep.

We shopped here years ago and the salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. They are pricey but worth the money. Finally, we were ready to jump. The same person was there and Frank was so skilled at helping without overstepping. Can’t wait for our Murphy bed. It was much lower priced than their competitors and I’m glad it’s made with real wood.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Buying a Murphy bed from Murphy Beds of San Diego was, hands down, one of the worst decisions we've ever made. Thankfully, this was for our guest bed and not the bed we sleep on every day, because if I had to deal with this mess regularly, l'd probably just sleep on the floor. Where do I even start? During the installation, they used the WRONG mechanism, which feels like Murphy Bed 101, right? But wait, it gets worse.
