This is the third time I have dealt with this company. The quality of the bed and the service has gone down each time. When I received this order I noticed the headboard wasnt what I had requested. I was sent a mock up which was NOT the color I had selected. I selected a grey linen and it was blue...Similar to the last one I had bought. The bed took awhile to come from Italy, but that was out of their control. Installation was done beautifully by them. And now it’s gorgeous as is the couch. I got the king size. They’re the only company I found that does king size wall beds.
Beautiful product and well installed by the team. Very happy with the quality of the bed structure and the couch. Can't wait to have our first visitors over to use it!
I ordered a Murphy bed and couldn’t be more happier! It was well worth it, the whole experience from the sales point to installation! I highly recommend getting from Multimo. Mechanism is great the bed is so comfortable!
