These guys are amazing. I moved and in transit I lost a couple of parts ... which I didn't realize were lost until I started reassembling the bed. They were able to ship out replacement parts within ten minutes of me contacting them--only charging for two-day shipping. The bed is solid, sturdy, and perfect for my use. Other than the missing parts, it reassembled like a dream. What a great company!
The installers were great. They were on time and handled the big job well! The piece looks beautiful in our space. It’s well made and super sturdy. Can’t wait to have guests over!
Our new Multimo bed was installed today and we couldn’t be more thrilled with it. The crew was amazing, they arrived on time, set up everything very neatly. They worked diligently throughout the day, talked through my computer set up with me as I ordered the option with the desk.
