Worst bank I have ever tried to borrow from. Wasted a month of my time for a small loan. Changed my loan "officer" (that title alone is a joke they are so unprofessional). Pre-approved me first, then changed officers, then had a new set of criteria for the loan. Notwithstanding near 800 FICO, more than twice the money in the bank then the secured loan amount, a ton of 3 year income, they told me 10 days before closing that my loan would not be approved. Even though the office is in CA and I’m in CA, it sometimes takes over a week for my monthly check to go through! The last time they charged me a late fee! Get with it and allow online payments!
