i really want to give a negative score to this bank. Jose wasted my 1 month and I lost my deal for trucks. first Jose said you are approved 3 trucks then he said oh no only 2 then he changed the interest rate. I was still like ok whatever just get it done and let’s move on. then he comes back and says murphy said they can’t do 10% down. it has to be 15% down.
