Mary Kate and her whole team were wonderful. So caring and compassionate! Mary Kate was always incredibly accessible and willing to do anything to help out with my mother. I was 1400 miles away from my mother, with no other family in the area, and it felt like Mary Kate (and John) were family members Mom and I could count on. It’s never an easy process to lose a loved one, but I couldn’t imagine a better team to help me.
The best decision we made as a family was to retain Murphy-Avis to care for our Mom upon her return home from a stay at rehab. My brother and I interviewed several agencies prior to her discharge. The Diamond Family is a big fan of Murphy Avis At Home Care -- the employees are caring and provide all the assistance that my husband needs as he transitions from a couple of lengthy hospital stays back to home. They pivoted quickly to adjust the schedule of the aides -- when he returned to the hospital unexpectedly and when we had to cancel shifts because he was able to get doctor appointments.
