Do not use this firm and remove them from your list of appraisers. Dina McCarty classified one of my brand new properties as C2 and adjusted its valuation down because a tenant moved in 1 week prior. Literally BRAND NEW construction. When we asked her to remove the downward adjustment, she refused.
